We experienced a technical issue with ShopeePay, which resulted in intermittent failures between 17 April 2026 at 17:19 and 18 April 2026 at 23:00 (GMT+7). During this period, some transactions using ShopeePay may have failed.

Our teams investigated the issue and coordinated with our partner to resolve it promptly. The service is now fully operational.
